Indulgence strives to leave you, the customer, feeling excited, relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied with your experience. For the comfort of all our clients, your cooperation is requested with the following:

  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled appointment time for all spa treatments.
  • A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested for all services.
  • All spa services require a prepaid credit card deposit with a 50% non-refundable service fee for no-shows and cancellation notices of 4-hours or less.
  • Group parties of three or more require a credit or debit card to secure appointment as well as a service contract.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.  Can be used on any service or products. 
  • Children are welcome to receive services, however they must be under supervision of an adult at all times.
  • Cell phones should be switched to the silent mode at all times while in the facility.
  • Plan Ahead – Book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to keep your look consistant and your body feeling and looking great.
