Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled appointment time for all spa treatments.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested for all services.

All spa services require a prepaid credit card deposit with a 50% non-refundable service fee for no-shows and cancellation notices of 4-hours or less.

Group parties of three or more require a credit or debit card to secure appointment as well as a service contract.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Can be used on any service or products.

Children are welcome to receive services, however they must be under supervision of an adult at all times.

Cell phones should be switched to the silent mode at all times while in the facility.
